Research Interests 

Hyoju Ahn’s research focuses on examining online multimodal reading strategies that different levels of readers use and how it applies to K-12 literacy curriculum, instruction and assessment. Her research interests are online multimodal reading strategies, digital literacy, qualitative reading research method focusing on verbal protocol analysis, online learning for academic topic comprehension and children’s literacy development.
