About Dispositions

The ultimate goal of the student support process for teacher dispositions is to promote students' success in becoming exemplary educators. The outer ring of the College of Education conceptual framework identifies categories of dispositions that are of paramount importance. In order to support the development of these dispositions, faculty members evaluate their students continuously using an assessment rubric. When the need arises, students have dispositions conferences to create individualized development plans.
