Our students come from all corners of the world, seeking a space where they can learn from preeminent faculty while engaging in challenging discourse about contemporary topics and methods in education.
And challenge them we must. As new global connections form daily, the marketplace calls for educational professionals with a diverse toolset, experts steeped in pedagogy and a cultural experience drawn from engagement and interaction with varied audiences.
For more than 50 years, our college has produced accomplished and proficient educators. These professionals’ industry affiliations run the gamut from traditional classroom instruction to crisis counseling services. Each year hundreds of new CoE alumni join the ranks of tens of thousands who advance the cause of education in classrooms, companies, and organizations that effect change both here at home and abroad.
In addition to the College’s six academic departments, we also house administrative offices and units that support and extend the College’s services. Whether it’s preserving the history of American education through our work with the Blackwell Museum or actively serving the surrounding community in one of our many partnerships, the College constantly strives to provide value to all of our constituents.
